If you may ever
be inclined to pray for me,
Please consider
these petitions, while on your knee.
For your prayer
and agreement, I’ll be truly grateful,
For helping my
life, before God, to be more fruitful.
In the Name of
Jesus Christ,
Pray that I
remain diligent in reading God’s Word,
And that my faith
will grow, after His voice I have heard.
Pray for His
Spirit to fill me continually,
So with Him,
I’ll learn to walk more compassionately.
Ask Him to
endow me with a hunger, insatiable,
So I will know
and grow in His Word, incontrovertible.
Pray that I
will not allow pride my thoughts to budge,
Except, that
I know Him, The Righteous, Gracious Judge.*
Ask Him to keep
me from strife-prone people and situations,
So I will
avoid every devilish manipulation!
Pray for me to
have a forgiving heart and mind,
And in giving,
I will be generous and kind.
Ask that I
always stay aware of His awesome presence --
Angels of
Goodness and Mercy, keeping their vigilance.
Pray for me to
walk in praise and thanks-living,
And to be
faithful to practice discipling.
Friends,
As you pray
this prayer I have requested,
Into my life,
you will have invested.
To you, may The
Lord return rich dividends,
And for you,
send along some ‘prayer-minded friends’.

ReplyDeleteAlso pray that when trials and hardships arise, I will not
depart from the faith, but hold on to the Author and Finisher
of my faith, keep my eyes on Him and give Him all the glory.
