There they are, spread all across the world, living secret lives,
Snug in their faith that, between them and The Lord, ‘all is well’.
They’ve designed lifestyles that keep their Christian faith fully cloaked,
On both sides of their ‘life’s equation’, they are living lies:
Before the world, they do or say nothing that will repel/impel. (?)
Before The Lord, they avoid thinking of what He invoked.
Shh…
Yet secure in their thoughts, they secretly clutch their Christian badge,
While, in their hearts, they condemn the evil that’s all around,
Except that, on some of it, they will feed, selectively…
Though they know much of it will become ‘excess heart baggage.
Knowing that, to what our ‘spirit digests’, we become bound!
Tell me, what does that suggest about their sagacity??
But it includes evidence that they existed ‘back then’,
Folks who believed, but who refused to reveal Godly faith.
To protect their comfort and social status, they were bound.
Faith was their private affair, revealed only to close friends.
From their lifestyles, no clues of Godly faith would emanate.
Argh…
Such secret-faith lifestyles frustrate The Lord’s strategic plan.
By such then, and more so today, Heaven is displeased!
Heaven says believers should serve as beacons of light,
A lifeline to on-lookers who aren’t part of The Lord’s clan,
To attract them to His Light, ‘like honey attracts bees’.
To that, I imagine you, in jest, thinking, ‘Yeah, RIGHT!!!’
Oh-oh…
The Lord has a plan, such secret lifestyles to upset:
Persecutions to reveal the gold, and remove the dross,
To expose and test folks who straddle the ‘Godly-faith fence.’
Some He will call ‘My very own’. Others He’ll forget.
That’s His plan for the pending 4th age—the age of chaos—
The anti-Christ and apocalypse. It will be INTENSE!!!
Hey…
We may all struggle about how to let Heaven’s light glow.
At the end of this age, that struggle will increase,
Because all devils know ‘their time is short’; thus they ‘up their game!’
As this 3rd age closes, let’s resist being a ‘no glow’.
