(51)Then, behold, the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom; and the Earth quaked, and the rocks were split, (52) and the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints who had fallen asleep were raised; (53) and coming out of the graves after His resurrection, they went into the holy city and appeared to many. (Matthew 27:51-53)
Might the above passage possibly include a transcribing issue relating to how this passage is segmented into verses? Read from a strictly carnal perspective, this passage has triggered innumerable views, including some really weird ones. BUT, when read from a much higher, intuitive perspective about The Lord's multi-millennial strategic plan for humanity (The Bible), it seems to come into much sharper focus.
Also, Matthew likely only reported on what he heard about in/around Jerusalem. But could many more people have been resurrected than just the few who were seen in/around Jerusalem?? And what likely happened to those who were resurrected?
Check out ‘the rest of the story’ as The Lord inspired me to perceive it, based on an ancient prophecy, confirmation of its fulfillment, and The Lord’s multi-millennial strategic plans for several mass, group resurrections across the 6 ages of history on this current version of Earth. It’s really EXCITING!
