2nd Age Genesis 6 Equivalent
The 2nd age is history.
What follows is my summary
of what I imagine may have been Heaven’s perspective
of that age, as it prepared for the birth of Jesus,
The Lord God, as a man.
1 After King Cyrus released the Babylonian captives, many Jews returned to Judea and began to rebuild Jerusalem, and re-establish Jewish customs across the region. Some men married pagan wives, contrary to The Lord's inter-marriage law. Because the Law was far from their minds, The Lord sent prophets to remind the people of His requirements for them to remain safe in the land. In response to their hard-headedness, The Lord kept His Word to His prophets to send ‘a famine of His Word' across the land. *
2 Now as the end of The Lord’s promised years of ‘silence from Heaven’ approached, ALL in Heaven began to activate their assigned roles, written in The Scripture of Truth, concerning the Birth of The Lord as a human man.
3 Angels dutifully began to orchestrate the assignments of people into their designated roles in the many miraculous events to occur—Roman governors and soldiers assigned to Judea, Mary and Joseph betrothed, degeneration of Temple worship and related affairs, etc.
4 And The Lord said, ‘The time for My birth and sacrificial offering are close at hand. For My Word, and that of My prophets across the 2nd age, shall become historical. From then on, many people will come to know I am The Lord.’
5 The Roman Empire was the giant hegemon in those days—represented by the thighs and legs of iron in the statue about which Babylonian King Nebuchadnezzar had long ago dreamed. Rome spread its ruthlessness and wickedness across all regions it controlled.
6 And the kingdom of satan was greatly stirred, understanding something BIG was about to explode on the Earth. Thus, it magnified its deceptions and temptations across the world to distract from what it perceived Heaven may have been planning. satan remembered The Lord’s word in Eden, ‘…The seed of a woman shall crush your head!’
7 Preparing to perform His Father’s will on Earth, The Lord was sustained by The Spirit of Joy for His pending transition from God Almighty, to a fetus in the womb of a virgin.
8 So The Lord said, ‘I am thoroughly prepared to accomplish My mission, to learn obedience of human parents; to grow to full maturity; and begin to fulfill My Word to Joel (2: 28-29)—sharing many fresh, un-written insights into Heaven’s Multi-millennial Strategic Plan for Humanity--far beyond what I gave to Moses; and then to be crucified and raised to life again!’
9 To every human who would be involved in what was about to unfold in Judea—Mary, Joseph, Elizabeth, Zacharias, Simeon/seer, John/Baptist, Persian wisemen, Anna/prophetess, the 12 disciples, including Judas—Grace was apportioned to perform their roles in The Lord’s life, ministry and mission.
10 The Lord’s human genealogy was well established—a descendant of ancient Judean royalty, destined to create a new, eternal, spiritual genealogy of saints who, one day, would join Him, sitting on The Throne of God and of The Lamb.
(Footnote: Revelation 3:21)
11 Many of these saints would be Gentiles, from every nation, tribe, people and tongue from across the world, born of that Holy Seed planted in the womb of a virgin in Judea.
12 At The Lord’s birth, the Earth will be corrupt before Heaven, and filled with violence and gross wickedness, as in the days of Noah.
13 Into this corrupt world, He would be born to a pauper family, destined to live a mere 33 years, yet also destined to return one day as The Lord God Almighty, and rule the world with a rod of iron for a full millennium, with all His angels, and all His saints from across the first 4 ages of human history.
14 He will be Heaven's 'ark of safety', born to die the most cruel death, to extend a redeeming hand to all who will reach out for it, and trust His saving grip. By His death, Father God and He will obliterate EVERY sin of anyone who will trust in His sacrifice as having been made on their behalf. Thus, with this 'faith proviso', upon Him, Father God will cast and judge every human sin that would ever be committed.
15 The instrument of His sacrifice will be a Roman wooden cross, onto which He was stretched-out, nailed, and raised as a spectacle for onlookers—the priest's and Pharisees' judgments for Him claiming to be 'The Son of God', and for not preaching exactly and only what Moses had written 15 centuries earlier. They all unknowingly will fall into Heaven's trap, to trigger Christ’s sacrificial offering.
16 Pending His sacrifice, Jesus will grow strong in spirit, filled with wisdom; and the Grace of Father God will be upon Him. In Nazareth, He will learn and excel in carpentry, working with his earthly father.
17 At age 33, He will begin His earthly ministry by selecting 12 diverse men whom He will train, and allow them to know Him very well as they accompanied Him on His ministry circuits.
18 Not long afterward, His teachings will become increasingly popular among the peoples. Large crowds will form to listen to His unique, powerful teachings. This will trigger the curiosity of Jewish leaders, and will eventually attract their ire, leading to their plot to have Him crucified by Rome.
19 But when His teachings will expose the hollowness of their traditions, the religious rulers will harden their hearts, and will plot to silence Him.
20 In time, they will falsely accuse Him, hand Him over to the Gentiles, and demand His death. Though He will be innocent, The Lamb offered before the foundation of the world, He will be crucified.
21 Yet, after 3 days, He shall rise again, declaring triumph over death and the grave. For this reason, hope shall arise for all peoples, and God’s mercy shall stretch its arms to the ends of the Earth.
22 Thus, the 2nd age shall end with the return of The Lord to Heaven, and 50 days later, the arrival of His Holy Spirit to fill the Earth on the Day of Pentecost. He shall successfully fulfil His Father's desires, and plant core seeds of His worldwide Church, against which the gates of hell shall not prevail!
