anti-Christ Missed Insights (Part 3)

Then if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Christ!’ or ‘There!’, do not believe it.

For false christs and false prophets will rise and show great signs and wonders

to deceive, if possible, even the elect. See, I have told you beforehand.’

(Jesus, Matthew 24:23-24)

 

Part 1 introduces the concepts of ‘people warnings’ from The Lord, tailored to get our attention when we persistently ‘miss His mark’ for our lifestyles. Such warnings may or may not have specific messages, but their presence ‘on the stages of our lives’, speaks volumes, directly or indirectly. 

 

Part 2 introduces and discusses a truly unique type of people warning that I call the ‘parade of anti-Christs’. Marching across the world’s stage since the first AD decade, this exceptionally long parade can best be understood when dissected into its 3 sections. Part 2 discusses the first 2 sections. Let’s consider the 3rd and predicted final section. 

 

3. The Parade’s Tail-enders

 

Typically, the last sections of parades feature the welcomed, but least acclaimed participants. Parades that include animals, typically place them at the tail end, and ensure cleaners/scoopers are positioned to scoop up the animals’ smelly messes. That’s how we humans think. But The Lord warns of other plans for the tail end of this parade!

While most of the Christian world anticipates just one, highly credible anti-Christ man, The Lord warns …otherwise! While all previous imposters—false Christs, messiahs and saviors, to various degrees, will have long been proven to be fake, the tail-enders in this parade will be …the best fakes of the lot! They will comprise extremely credible men who will dazzle the world ‘with great signs and wonders’—potentially understood to be miracles, or what may appear to be miracles. Jesus specifically warned:

 

For false christs and false prophets will rise

and show great signs and wonders to deceive, 

if possible, even the elect [bona fide 4th age Christians]. ¹

(Matthew 24:24)

 

Consider these men as the equivalent of a ‘warm-up’ band in a concert, featuring a top-rated artist. The Book of Revelation refers to this man as ‘the beast’. Correlate that to how The Book of Daniel depicts, as various beasts, a stream of global hegemon powers that would rise and fall across history. By assigning that title to a mere man, Heaven is signaling to listening ears and hearts, the savage fierceness that mere man will exhibit across the world! Moreover, Jesus’ warning that even His 4th age saints might be deceived. That’s shocking because they, of all people, should know what to expect if they are diligent to study The Bible. Alas, I intuit the global stresses during the first half (42 months) of that age will be so severe, that those saints may only have time and energy to focus on basic survival. Hinge Periods

 

History seems to pivot on hinge periods, a metaphor for turning points. Like door hinges—a 3-part device that allows doors and gates to pivot—eras and ages seem to pivot across an ending era or age, a gap period, and a beginning era or age. I intuit that, during stressful pivots, people may be more inclined to be deceived. As such times, the familiar is waning, and their emerging future has yet to materialize or stabilize. [Note now the world seems to be at such a point now (2025-2026) as Donald Trump returned to the U.S. presidency.]

 

After the rains of the global flood stopped, Noah and all the occupants in the ark waited for the waters on Earth to recede before they were allowed to exit the ark. The 1st age of human history had come to a shocking end, and the 2nd age would not start until they exited the ark. Thus, they waited in their hinge period.

 

After Jesus was resurrected from the grave, many of His followers were shut-up in a room, waiting for what Mary Magdalene had reported to them. Later that day, Jesus appeared, remained with them and others 40 days, the told them to wait a bit longer. Fifty days after His resurrection, , they were all empowered at the end of the hinge period between the 2nd and 3rd ages--on The Day of Pentecost.

What if… the next age-transition hinge period (between the end of this 3rd age, and the start of the 4th age) might be the time gap between the end of the impacts of The Lord opening the 6th seal on His scroll (Revelation 6:12-17), and the uncloaking of the final anti-Christ man?

 

If-IF so, I imagine the whole world might be in TOTAL SHOCK and DISMAY.

If-IF so, I imagine that could possibly give rise to enterprising con artists to make their moves as ALL governments will likely be ineffectual, and people the world over could  be overwhelmed by desperation!

 

Human nature and history give us ample insights for us to imagine the likely hinge periods between the 4th, 5^th, 6th, and 7th ages of our history. See a bit of what I imagine here. 

 

Post Disaster Consolidation

 

Hinge periods may rarely be dominated by one voice. If many false saviors arise after the 6th seal’s impacts, it might not be long for one person to consolidate power and influence. satan knows The Bible predicts the 4th age will only last about 7 years, the last 42 months of which will be the apocalypse. ‘Knowing his time is short’ (a refrain from Revelation 12:12), I imagine ‘the beast’ might manifest relatively early, possibly amazing the world with his flatteries and awesome powers, thereby discounting all others tail-enders. 

 

This is the warning The Holy Spirit inspired Apostle Paul to write about this man:

 

‘…the man of sin/lawlessness is revealed, the son of perdition, who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he [will] sit(s) as God in the [newly-constructed 3rd Jewish] temple of God, showing himself that he is God.’ …according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders,  and with all unrighteous deception… (2 Thessalonians 2:1-4 and 2 Thessalonians 2:9)

 

Note that this describes the last part of his short regime. Daniel 11:36-45 and Revelation 19:11-21 may provide more insights about him, and his end. Interestingly, it appears he and his prophet (prime minister-type?) may be the first occupants lake of fire! ²

 

Meanwhile, the parade marches on….     Selah…

¹ Many of them will very likely include former, bona fide Christians who, during the closing years of this current, 3rd age, will have become lukewarm, and/or fully apostate. If so, when they realize they will have missed the promised resurrection and rapture of all bona fide 3rd age believers, many may awake from their spiritual slumber, and will return to The Lord with an overwhelming passion, even to the point of martyrdom!
