The world is blind to these SEVEN, pivotal facts:

1. The Bible communicates Heaven’s 'multi-millennial, strategic plan for humanity'.

2. There are SEVEN ages appointed for humanity.

3. We are nearing the end of the THIRD age, a pivotal turning point in this strategy.

4. A GREAT falling away from the Christian faith is predicted during the ending days of this THIRD age, as a result of backsliding and general lukewarmness among the heretofore faithful. Look around and this you will clearly see.

5. Biblical prophecies have been and remain seeds of human history.

6. Yet-fulfilled prophecies, unfolding apace, are worthy of diligent study.

7. Now is the time to get and stay on ‘the right side of Bible prophecy’.

Fasten your spiritual seat belts!

Who Wants to be a Star?

Remember the oldie but goodie song, ‘You Don’t Have to Be a Star to be in My Show’, by Marilyn McCoo and Billy Davis, Jr.? That song seems to go against the grain of human nature. Who doesn’t want to be a star of some kind or another? Maybe it’s like being a millionaire. The popular TV game asks, ‘Who Wants to be a Millionaire?’ The answer, ‘Who doesn’t? Who wouldn’t, even if Uncle Sam grabs his fair share?
It is both interesting and informative to note the idea of a person being a star or shining like a star isn’t just a modern day concept, as one might suspect.
God, Himself, has this on His mind, too. Surprised?

He sent a special angel to Daniel to convey this critical message that echoes across the ages:

And many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, some to shame and everlasting contempt. Those who are wise shall shine like the brightness of the firmament, snd those who turn many to righteousness [shall shine] like the stars forever and ever. (Daniel 11: 2 – 3)

wOw! Imagine that.

Compare that to Hollywood and Bollywood stars. And everything science has learned about physical stars suggests they, too, eventually will deplete their resources, burn-out and implode. But here is a kind of star that will shine forever and ever!

This is one of the many rewards Jesus promises for the faithful, in this particular case for those who are wise and those who turn many to righteousness. Interesting invitations with great reward, I’d surely say! What about you?
