In Eden’s Garden, man behaved badly,
In disobedience, God’s face we slapped.
Ever since, things on earth have been …crappy!
To destruction, our route has been well mapped.
Like when GPS coordinates are reset,
God’s Grace in Christ provided us an alternative route.
He promised all our sins to forgive and forget,
A new name and record we get; the former ones
…closed-out!
Perhaps you have heard about it many times before,
But don’t understand the concept of sins that transgress,
And how, in Christ’s death, our right standing
He could restore.
If so, let’s take a closer look at
…His GPS.
For us, God’s Punishment Scheme was guaranteed.
In graceful Love, God Proffered a Savior
to take our place.
God’s People - Special, we’re called, if we accede.
In God’s Palatial Service, former things will have
...no trace.
Crap! That’s life on earth since our sinful downfall.
Trapped! Believing devil’s lies, we’ve widened the gap.
Between God and man, we couldn’t breach the great wall.
God’s response…
Pound-for-pound, point-by-point, blow-by-blow,

Create new heavens and a new earth!
