As long as tax exemptions remain on the plate!
The heart of the king in the hands of The
Lord?
Only if the king with my party is in accord.
Pray for those in authority, starting with
the king?
Yeah, we’ll pray alright…that another take his place!
God established and set up all authorities?
Not if the one set up is not of my party!
It’s illegal from pulpits to influence how
we vote?
Yeah, but we have ways to do this via ‘code’!
Vote to influence a host of worldwide
issues?
Nah, vote to manipulate personal moral fissures!*

As payment for sin, we’ve fallen into
satan’s funnel!
Leadership qualifications both ‘sides’ have ‘trumped-up!’
As our worst traits and deepest fears have
all been bumped –up!
Eyes of the world upon us are transfixed,
As we divide into all sorts of cliques.
Hate speech and deceit are drowning our
reason.
LORD, help us get through this ‘politricks’ season!
