Welcome~

Hello and Welcome~

The world is blind to these SEVEN, pivotal facts:

1. The Bible communicates Heaven’s 'multi-millennial, strategic plan for humanity'.

2. There are SEVEN ages appointed for humanity.

3. We are nearing the end of the THIRD age, a pivotal turning point in this strategy.

4. A GREAT falling away from the Christian faith is predicted during the ending days of this THIRD age, as a result of backsliding and general lukewarmness among the heretofore faithful. Look around and this you will clearly see.

5. Biblical prophecies have been and remain seeds of human history.

6. Yet-fulfilled prophecies, unfolding apace, are worthy of diligent study.

7. Now is the time to get and stay on ‘the right side of Bible prophecy’.

Fasten your spiritual seat belts!

I, a Judge In the Making (Poem)

I am a ‘Joint-Judge’ in the making! Oh my, what a sobering thought.
You see, with God, in Christ I’m seated, so says The Bible.
And am Joint Heir with Him Who’ll judge the world. Man, what a title!
How much of this in your life, I wonder, have you been taught?

And not only judge the world with Him will I do,*
But also angels – especially evil ones who against me rail;
And maybe the good ones with whose help I prevail,
Those sent to serve me, and help me get through!

As Joint-Judge, I’ll have no law degrees from man’s universities,
Nor use a gavel, or wear a black robe, but one of pure light.
I’ll sit on no man’s bench of law, nor the laws of man recite;
Nor be corrupted with graft or any of man’s perversities.

With great enthusiasm I embrace this pending responsibility,
Living life in its anticipation, from sinful contradictions walking away.
But what about you, my Friend, what roles are you destined to play,
In the eternity to come, and come it will, that’s no probability!
----------
* Do you not know the saints will judge the world? Do you not know we shall judge angels? (1 Corinthians 6:2-3) Are they [holy angels] not all ministering spirits sent forth to minister for [serve as servants to] those who will inherit salvation? (Hebrews 1:14)

  1. It's been a while since I have considered this. I'll have to review related scriptures. I love the ABBA rhyme pattern. I've written many poems over the past 4 decades but never one with that pattern. Mom was a great poem writer. I wonder if this can be in our genes...

    1. Yes, what an exciting set of promises that provoke some awesome imaginations. For another set of interesting imaginations, please check out my post, "Kept in All My Ways (Psalm 91)". You can search for it. Blessings, J!
